Welcome to Knowledge Snack. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Knowledge Snack is a mobile application that delivers bite-sized educational content on a daily basis. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended for informational and entertainment purposes.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Knowledge Snack. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Knowledge Snack offers free and premium subscription tiers.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content in Knowledge Snack is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Content is provided "as is" for educational and entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
• Redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit app content without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and software in Knowledge Snack are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Push Notifications

Knowledge Snack may send push notifications to deliver your daily content. You can opt out of notifications at any time through your device settings. Opting out may affect your experience with the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to us. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knowledge Snack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
